He was predeceased by: his parents, Isidore Sekula and Barbara Moy Sekula; his brother Raymond Sekula; and his nephew Aron Sekula. He is survived by: his siblings, Adrian Sekula (Kathy), Virginia Janysek, Sally Schaefer, Mary Eiserer (Michael), Gene Sekula, Larry Sekula (Gaye), Therese Bass (Skip) and Isidore Sekula Jr. (Georganna); and his sister-in-law Janette Sekula. He is also survived by many loving Nieces and Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephews, and 2 Great, Great Nieces.
Donations in Lucian's honor may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, or The Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church.
