She is survived by: her spouse Adrian Waclawczyk; her sons, Chad and Scot Waclawczyk; her siblings-in-law, Florence Jaskinia and Fabian Waclawczyk; her brother Jack Hardy; her aunts, Frances Yardley and Johanna Hardy; and her cousins, Jackie Hardy, Sherry Stavinoha, Melba Hardy, Sherry Humphrey and Amy Hardy.
