She was predeceased by: her parents, Isidore "I. M." Brysch and Mary Moczygemba Brysch; her husband Leo Jarzombek; her siblings, Albert Brysch, Isidore Brysch Jr. and Lillian Brysch; and her brother-in-law Frank Dragon.
She is survived by: her sons, Patrick W. Jarzombek (Karissa) and Gary A. Jarzombek (Lana); her grandchildren, Kenny Angell (Casey), Keith Angell, Kaitlyn Hill (Carter), Harley Jarzombek and Garrison Jarzombek; her great grandchildren, Kodi Angell, Charlee Angell, Kash Angell, Klare Hill and Kimber Hill; her siblings, Annie Dragon and David Brysch (Marcellia); and her sisters-in-law, Augusta Brysch and Almarene Jarzombek. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to John Paul II Nursing Home in Kenedy or the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Cestohowa.
