He is survived by: his wife Pat Mayo; his children, Teddy Mayo (Terri), Jeanie Cochrane (Bob) and Carol Duarte (Virgilio); his grandchildren, Mia Mayo, Meagan Mayo, Alex Szilagyi, Virgilio Duarte (Alex), Daniel Duarte and Lara Duarte; his sisters, Suzanne Ebersold (Cecil), Krystle Thorn (David) and Becky Coker (Randy); and his sisters-in-law, Kathryn Miller and Rita Naumann (Barry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
