Sarah Jo Shamblin Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2023, at the age of 76, Sarah Jo Shamblin of Fairfield, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl "Ned" Harrison and Hazel Christine Ivy Harrison; her children, Cynthia Shamblin and Carl Wayne Shamblin; and her brother-in-law Gary Mooney.
She is survived by: her son James Shamblin (Traci) of Robinson; her granddaughters, Brittany Kennedy (Cody) of Fairfield, Carla Minze (Cullen) of Fairfield, Madison Terry (Justin) of Fairfield and Averi Shamblin of Robinson; her great grandchildren, Brennon, Brayden Kennedy and Hadleigh Terry; her sister Emma Grace Mooney of Alvin; and her friends, Leta Goolsby of Fairfield, Retha Little of Fairfield and Parker Red of Fairfield. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation , an organization Sarah felt strongly about.
