She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Bailey Ward and Dessie Evelyn Ward; her husband Jerry Stubbs; and her nephew Jody Ward. She is survived by: her brother Wayne Ward (Peggy); her niece Wayna Knight (Lloyd); her son Michael Childress (Brandy); her grandson Joe Childress; her great-nephews, Doug Ward, Jody Ward and Byron Ward; and her great-niece Keitha Batey.
