He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ival Kelley and Geraldine McDaniel Kelley; his wife Sally Harper; his grandchild Masonic; his children, Chris Stirn (Cat) of Decatur, GA, Scott Harper (Kathy) of Brookville and Clay Heston of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Tessa, Landon, Audrey Harper, Ella and Addie Stirn; and his siblings, Kathy Ritzchke, Connie Luttman, Barbara Guerro, Bruce Kelley of Brookville, Donald Kelley (Pid) of Brookville and Doug Stirn.
