He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Fulmer and Louise Fulmer; his wife Mary Ann; his daughters, Melissa Warren (Glenn), Tonya Dunn (Lance) and Kristi Burtch (Michael); his grandchildren, Kayla Overstreet (Stephen), Kari Hamilton (Eric), Katie Alderson (Jared), Christopher Burtch (Nikki), Mollie Burtch and Noah Burtch; his great grandchildren, Cooper, Canton Overstreet and Blakely Hamilton; and his siblings, Dale Fulmer and Christine Casey.
Memorials Because Merle suffered from macular degeneration during the last few years of his life, his family has designated the American Macular Degeneration Foundation and the Bright Focus Foundation for memorial contributions for research for a cure donated in his memory.
