He was predeceased by: his parents, John Martin and Dela Mae West (Wiley); his wife Velma Lea West (Bracewell); and his brother Jodie West. He is survived by: his children, Steve Winston West, Joy Marie Moore (Randy) and Lee Martin West; his grandchildren, Martin Wesley Moore (Dawn) and Wendy Renea Clayton (James); and his sister Nella Mae Broadway. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
