He is survived by: his son Robert "Bobby" William Szymanski; his grandchildren, Joseph James Szymanski, Jacob Mack Szymanski, Matthew Laymon Szymanski, Anna Claire Szymanski and Zackary Luke Szymanski; his great grandchildren, Harrison, Paxton, Rowan and Ella Szymanski; and his sisters, Florence Smith, Frances Robertson and Veronica Hopcus. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
