He was predeceased by: his brothers, Cayron, Larry and Gary. He is survived by: his wife Laquetta; his children, Renae May (Joe) of Batesville and Chris Freeman (Angie) of McKinney, TX; his brother Nick Freeman (Kim) of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Sheena Bauman (Tommy), Jared Snowden of Wolfforth, TX, Emily Black (Tim) of McKinney, TX, Andrew Freeman (Lexie) of Morrisville, NC and Hannah Freeman of McKinney, TX; his great grandchildren, Hudson, Adeline Bauman and Eleanor Black; his sisters-in-law, Soon Ja Freeman and Candi Freeman; and his cousins, Reithie Frazier, Sharon Mullens and Ginger Rose. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
He passed from this life into the arms of God gaining victory over his long-term battle with Parkinson's on October 27, 2023.
