He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Wesley and Justine Henson (Hartley); his siblings, Sally Gore, Mollie Mullenax, Mary Ethel Webb (Henson) and Tim Dalton Henson; and his daughter Paula Cale Henson.
He is survived by: his spouse Peggy Henson (Pipes); and his children, Oscar Wesley Henson (Rose), James Mae Henson, Jr. (Carla), David Pipes Henson (Rebecca) and Ruth Joyce Rodell (John) of Buffalo.
