He was predeceased by: his parent O. B. Persful; his wife Jerrye Steward Persful; and his mother Alene Persful. He is survived by: his children, Paige McNamara (Jerry) and Jeffry Persful (Shannon); his grandchildren, Bryce and Cailin McNamara; his children, Jackson, Reid, Olivia and Eli Persful; his brother David Persful; and his niece Heather Cheatham.
