It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norris Lee Ragsdill of Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas, who passed away on January 23, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Vera May Veteto; his wife Ella Anderson of Virginia; his father Joe Ragsdill; and his siblings, Jonell Skidmore and William Mac Ragsdill.

He is survived by: his daughter Jenny Lea Ragsdill Gill; his son-in-law Jeff Gill; his grandsons, Taylor Lee Gill and Davis Anderson Gill (Molly Sibley); and his friends, Chuck, Eunice Wilks, Robert Oliver and Betty Hughes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Instead of floral remembrances, the family suggests that donations can be made to honor his memory.
