He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mulik and Mary Mulik; and his grandson Hunter Lutto. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Mulik; his children, MaryBeth Fultz (John), Leeann Stawasz (Ted) and Karen Lutto; his grandchildren, Ashley Lutto, Colleen King, Tara Riedl, Maria Stawasz, Michaela Stawasz and Anya Stawasz; his great grandchild Scarlett King; his sister Bernice Ruby; and his nieces, Lisa Ruby Raedler and Maria Wagner.
