He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Hernandez, Viola Martinez, Eloy Perez, Alfredo Perez Jr., Silveria Perez, Lorena Morales and Miguel Salinas; and his siblings, Jesus, Heriberto Perez and Elvia Martinez. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
