She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis E. DeBord and Anita Dawlearn DeBord; her husband Richard C. Klimitchek, Sr.; her son Frankie Klimitchek; and her brothers, Joseph Alton, Maurice and Eugene (Mary Ann DeBord).
She is survived by: her children, Joycelyn Kozelsky (Louis) of Edna, Carolyn Ebert (David) of Pasadena, Richard Klimitchek Jr. (Sheila) of Hallettsville, Linda Van Sant (Gary) of Waller and Sharon Bitter (David) of Double Oak; her grandchildren, Kristin Kozelsky Marek (David), Andrea Ebert Jones (Justin), Victoria Ebert Jefferson (Matthew), Alyson Klimitchek Grahmann (Stephen), Amy Klimitchek Marcak (Drew), Adrienne Klimitchek, Joshua D. Van Sant (Coreysha), Jacob Van Sant and Kelsey Bitter Brewer (Jonathan); her great grandchildren, Jacklynn, Bradley Marek, Layla Jones, Alexander, Nicholas Jefferson, Aubrey, Warren Marcak, Clarke Van Sant and Ryan Brewer; her brother Tony DeBord (Jeanette); and her sister-in-law Evelyn DeBord (Maurice). She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
She was a member of the American Cancer Society for over 20 years, serving as President of the Hallettsville Unit from 1982-1989 and 1992-2003.
