He was predeceased by: his wife Glenna Holladay; his daughter Melinda Holladay; his grandson Ryan Holladay; and his parents, William Holladay and Lura Belle Holladay.
He is survived by: his son Michael Holladay (Patricia); and his granddaughter Danielle Holladay Schlegel (Ethan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
