He was predeceased by: his parent Wylordean (McDowell); and his siblings, Jimmy Wagley, Zoie Wagley and Jacqueline Wagley. He is survived by: his son Jacob Allen Wagley (Sabrina Wagley); his grandchildren, Aleksandr Steele Wagley and Aleks Wagley; and his siblings, Diane Carpenter, Sue Thompson, Barbara Sadler, Nancy Lancaster and Tracy Wagley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association.
