He was predeceased by: his parents, James Issac Perkins and Edna Sheldon; his wife Belva Jean Gilchrest; his sister Evie Scott; and his sister-in-law Cindy Perkins.
He is survived by: his sons, Keith Perkins of Houston, Kirk Perkins of Lampasas and Lynn Perkins (LaDale) of Lampasas; his stepdaughters, Gay McCarty of Gatesville and Beverly Marwitz (Scott) of Evant; his brother Eldon Perkins of Evant; his son Dylan; his grandchildren, Ace, Scarlett, Gage and Eliana Perkins; his great grandchildren, Zaden and Landon; his grandchildren, Colton and Kallen Perkins; his great grandchild Rhett; his grandchildren, Tyler and Jenna Perkins; his great grandchild Presley; and his grandchild Lauren Perkins. He is also survived by His eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
