It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rob Looney of Evant, Texas, born in Hutchinson, Kansas, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Looney and Helen Smith Looney; his siblings, Janice Weldin and Charles Looney; and his pets, Jeb and Harry.

He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Bennight Looney; his daughters, Stacy Looney and Krissy Lilljedahl; the mother of his children Linda Strang Looney; his son-in-law Bobby Lilljedahl; his grandchildren, Lila Grace, Jace and Elli Lilljedahl; his great grandchildren, Sheldon Bennight (Jessica) and Shelley Barrett; his brothers, Walter Looney (Lyndeen), Larry Looney (Jenel), Donald Looney (Sue) and Harold Looney (Chris); and also, Jackson, Gracie and Jett.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Evant I.S.D. Heritage Foundation, P.O. Box 113, Evant, TX 76525.
