She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hopper and Ruth Mary Hopper (Schwing); and her husband James Hopkins. She is survived by: her children, Melody Rutherford (Jerry), Missy Hobbs (Marty), Melinda Rogers and Timothy Hopkins (Gina). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren with a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
