She was predeceased by: her parents, Malvin Mason and Sula Sides Allen; her sisters, Mildred Sellers and Lillian Maline Sullivan; her husband Arthur Harold Welch, Sr.; her children, David Harold Welch, Jr. and Sue Frances Adams; and her granddaughter Misty White.
She is survived by: her daughter Lillian Anne White (Glen); her children-in-law, Seth Adams (Judy) and Ilene Welch; and her grandchildren, David H. Welch, Jr. (Kim), Dwain Welch, Tony Welch, Jennifer Adams Burcham (Troy), Seth Adams, Jr. (Windy), Don White, Elizabeth Welch Harvey (Sam), Chad Taylor (Amy) and Randell Taylor. She is also survived by 25 great grandchildren; 8 great-great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
