She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sidney (Bob) and Frieda Kaye Story; her son Kevin "Maynard" McCormick; and her mother-in-law Mildred McCormick. She is survived by: her husband Tommy McCormick; her brother Bobby Story (Sheri) of Royse City, TX; her nieces and nephews, Megan Story McLemore of Roanoke, TX, Matthew Story, Allen Story of Sachse, TX and Kyleigh Hamm of Wylie; her cousin Michael Mayhew; her uncle Kelly; her cousins, Ron, Glenda Carrell of Troutville, VA, Wayne, Tonya Wyatt of Roanoke, Brent and Marla Stephens of Auburn Hill, MI; and also, Elizabeth King, Amanda Bramlet, Kristen Sumey and Kelly Blaylock.
