He is survived by: his spouses, Millie Jean Guthrie and Millie Ballard; and his children, Danny Wayne Ballard of Eustace, Debra Gay Burrows (Lewis) of Tool, Dawna Lynn Nation (Don) of Kaufman and George David Ballard (Traci) of Eustace. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 2 brothers, 3 sisters, and several nieces and nephews.
