He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Hinkle (Rodney) and Jennifer Warner (Jimi); his grandchildren, Justyn Warner (Caitline), Summer Anthony (Cade), Jacey Warner, Clay Hinkle and Chloe Hinkle; his great grandchildren, Hadlee, Laynee Anthony and Jaxon Warner; and his siblings, Eddie Gage and Becky Wallace. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.
