He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Fred, Phyllis Carnes and Day; his father Fred Carnes; his wife Terrie Sifford Carnes; his daughter Callison Carnes; his mother Phyllis Carnes; his siblings, Caron Gallier (Rusty), Cathy Carnes (Don Yarbrough), Cindy Kutch (Lou Gallio) and Curtis Carnes (Lynn); and his children, Sandi Patrick (Joey), Ashley Young and Jeremy Eaton. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
