He is survived by: his wife Janie Glenn; his daughter Dr. Terri Lynn Melton; his grandchildren, Joseph Glenn McVety, Katelyn Rose McVety and Tyler James McVety; his sisters, Georgie Heather (Joe) and Margie Byers (Vernon); and his nieces and nephews, Pamela Byers, Mary Jo Walters, Wayne Byers, Allen Byers and Robert Heather.
