She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carter and Edith Williams Carter; her husband Daniel Vicars; and her siblings, Charles Carter (Boots), Mike Carter and Bonnie Fry.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin (Shannon Clarkin), Linda Hingle and Tina Pierce (Don Pierce); her grandchildren, Ashley Husketh and TJ; her granddaughter-in-law Jillian Hingle; her grandchildren, Karlie (Shane Parks) and Emily Hingle; her great grandchildren, Nikki Griffin, Treavor Griffin, Dalton Griffin, Peyton White, Karter White and Spencer Hingle; and her sister Jo Mitchell.
