She was predeceased by: her parents, Boone Nettles Smiley and Era Opal Smiley. She is survived by: her sister Nancy Smiley; her sons, Mark, Stan and Scot (Kim); and her grandchildren, Kristin, Laura, Sarah and Blake. She is also survived by her four great grandchildren.
