She was predeceased by: her parents, Warner Muirhead and Roy Kathryn Muirhead. She is survived by: her son Robert Carlton (Bobby); her husband Bob LaPenna; her children, Lana Hubble (Joey), Bobby LaPenna (Katie) and Chase LaPenna (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Cody, Taylor, Brooklyn, Ruthie, Bekah, Rowan and Cole; her great grandchildren, Grayson, Addilyn and Aspyn; and her cousins, Joe and Jay Petty.
In lieu of flowers donations may be given to the Community Hospice of Texas.
