He is survived by: his children, David Lynn Bell (Nikki) of Antlers, Rodney Kip Bell (Tricia) of Abilene, Seleta Jenkins of Eula and Shelly Midgett (Scott) of Lubbock; his brother Billy Don Bell (Kay) of Cottonwood; his grandchildren, William Bell, Joseph Bell (Bethany), Christina Strother (Gerod), Stacy Theilen (Cale), Corey Jenkins (Rylee), Amanda Midgett, Colton Midgett (Macy), Dawson Bell (Trenaty), Jennifer Warren and Kevin Moon (Maya); and his great grandchildren, Kylee, Easton Theilen, Maddie, Brayden Strother, Jet Jenkins, Teagan Ramos, Kobe Midgett, Ryan Bell, Keith, Casey, Cody Warren, Leo, Emmett Moon and Wiley David Midgett (Tim VanZandt) of Eula.
