As Alfred Leon departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Alfred Leon may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Alfred Leon leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Murvel Shipley and Nora Jane Shipley (Baker); and his wife Alma Faye Shipley. He is survived by: his children, Billy Randal Shipley (Donna Kay) of Eula, Viola Jane Camburides (Tony Demetrius) of Virginia and Sandy Sue Hardin (James Ray) of Eula. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
