He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kendall and Evelyn Russell Powell; his siblings, Anne Kendall and Floyd Kendall; and his grandson Jacob Richardson.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Kendall; his children, Russell Kendall (Heather Kendall), Kristi Kendall and Josh; his grandchildren, Brooklyn and Madison Kendall; and his sister-in-law Sue Kendall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
