He is survived by: his wife Janet Miller of Era; his daughters, Amber Smith of Era and Ashley; his son-in-law Will Clark of Nocona; his son Joey Smith of Era; his grandchildren, Julian, Christian Clark and Layla of Nocona; his sister Jane; his brother-in-law Ronnie Zimmerer; his sister Cheryl; his brother-in-law Ronnie Gibbs; his brother Jerry; and his sister-in-law Betty Smith.
