He is survived by: his children, Wyatt Lewis, Deeva Lewis and Lowell Lewis of Fort Worth; his grandchildren, Larrah (Jason Jackson) of Frisco and Logan Lewis of Keller; his sister Tivy Turk; and his nephews, Hunter Turk (Martha) and Gatlan Turk (Denise). He is also survived by nephews, niece and great nephews and nieces.
