He is survived by: his former wife Deborah Lynn Foster; his wife Debbie of Era; his daughters, Derenda Fugate (Daniel) of Era and Deshanna Creager (Cameron) of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Holden, Harleigh, Cambree and Hayes; and his brother Phillip Henderson (Barbara) of Ponder.
