He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton K. Threadgill and Mary Threadgill (Osborne); his siblings, Michael D. Threadgill and Nancy Davis; his brother-in-law Buddy Davis; and his niece Leah B. Reyna.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Threadgill; his children, Karen E. Dlabaj, Stacy Threadgill and Joshua M. Threadgill; his stepchildren, Christian D. McCollum (Amy), James C. McCollum and Emily Taylor (J. R.); his nephew James R. David "Little Bud" (Shelly); and his great-niece Kadi Isbell (Robert). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, various nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home Chapel (511 W Main St, Waxahachie, TX 75165). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dallas-Ft. Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
