She was predeceased by: her parents, Iva E. Madewell and Sanders Lee Madewell; her siblings, Sanders Lee Jr., Douglas Madewell, Ivon Meador and Iola Mc Donald; her grandson Eric Lynn Vick; and her nephews, Garry Ray, Jim Meador and S. L. Madewell Jr. Polly.
She is survived by: her husband Garland S. Vick Sr.; her stepson Garland S. Vick Jr.; her pet Buddy; her sons, Sam Vick (Nannette) and Ricky Vick (Susan); and her granddaughters, Robin, Annie and Patty. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren as well as many other family members and friends.
