He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Pineda and Ignacia Pineda (Lara); and his brother Rick Pineda. He is survived by: his wife Gilda Montemayor Pineda; his son Jorge Montemayor (Crystal); his grandchildren, Samantha Rodriguez, Jonathon Cuellar, Jacob Cuellar (Jackie Salas), Romeo Montemayor and Miguel Montemayor; his great grandchildren, Amiyah, Aiden, Mariah, Alessando and Matias; and his siblings, Pedro Pineda, Frances Pineda, Virginia Garcia (Roy), Martha Pineda and Pamela Taylor (Bobby).
