He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Najar Perez, Sr. and Ramona Gonzalez; his wife Jackie Marie Perez; and his siblings, Bertha Hernandez, Mary Ann Perez, Estella Perez, Eddie Perez, Luis Perez, Jr., Amelia Perez, Johnny Perez and Geronimo Perez.
He is survived by: his children, Shane Perez, Seath Perez, Sean Perez, Bradlee Perez, Makayla Perez, Jessie Perez Jr., Eddie Perez, Romona Perez and Maria Garcia; and his sisters, Beatrice Moffat, Esther Lara and Mary Calzada. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family members and dear friends.
