He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cinek and Hattie Cinek (Kucera); his wife Agnes Cinek; and also Robert Gene Cinek, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Johnna Russell (Trent) of Frisco, Jason Cinek (Kelly) of Lucas and Monica Cinek of Frisco; his grandchildren, John Russell, Haley Russell, Sam Russell, Kaitlyn Cinek, Madison Cinek, Joshua Baker and Jacob Baker; his brother Robert Cinek (Doris) of La Vernia; and his nephews, Edward Cinek and Richard Cinek.
