He was predeceased by: his father Oscar Garza; his grandparents, Gabino Herrera Sr. and Augustina Vera Herrera; his aunts and uncles, Tina Hernandez, Juanita Herrera, David Herrera, Gabino Herrera Jr., Ricardo Herrera and Gabriel Hernandez; and his cousin Cynthia.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Garza; his children, Carlos Garza, Jordan Garza, Noah Garza and Sofia Garza; his mother Oralia Herrera (Herrera); and his siblings, Becca Herrera, Julian Garza and Daniel Herrera.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home (800 S Kaufman St, Ennis, TX 75119). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church (401 E Lampasas St, Ennis, TX 75119). A reception was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at the St. Joseph Cemetery (300 S Jeter Dr, Ennis, TX 75119).
