He is survived by: his mother Louise Slovak; his children, Hayley Langley (Kevilynn), Hanna Slovak (Clayton Ivy) and Billy Lane Slovak; his siblings, Danny Slovak, Victor Slovak (Kim), Patrick Slovak (Debbie), Sammy Slovak, Louise Dickerson and Steven Slovak; and his sister-in-law Pat Slovak. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
