It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Steven Thacker of Emory, Texas, born in Denison, Texas, who passed away on November 20, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Mary-Ann Thacker Blackburn; his father Royce Thacker; and his father-in-law Billie Vasser. He is survived by: his sons, Cody Thacker (Gail Thacker) of Lake Jackson and David Batts (Diana Batts) of Conroe; his grandchildren, Nikolai Jones, Ian Batts, William Thacker and Maxim Batts; his wife Kathy Vasser Thacker; and his siblings, Mark Thacker, Trampas Welch and Lucy Thacker Martin.
A memorial service will be held in December, but due to Covid restrictions it will be limited to family.
