He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Franklin and Marjorie Jobe. He is survived by: his wife Janett Franklin; his children, Cindy Franklin (Luis), Alan Franklin (Julie), Jeff Jordan and John Jordan; and his grandchildren, Devin Jordan, Joshua Jordan, Jadin Klein and Taylor.
A reception will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wilson - Orwosky Funeral Home (803 N Texas St, Emory, TX 75440).
Roy is remembered as a beloved figure in Emory for his contributions to the community and the warmth he brought to those who knew him.
