He is survived by: his wife Brenda Carty; his children, Teresa Perez (Jim), Diana Self and Ron Self (Evie); and his grandchildren, Jose Monsour, Angelica Monsour, Christopher "Bo" Monsour, Chris Gregory, Heather Friesel, Ryan Gregory, Devin Self, Alysha Dennis, Evan Dennis and Liam Self. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and beloved friends.
