He is survived by: his mother Anne Scott (Owens); his wife Carol Stone; his stepmother Brenda Scott; his mother-in-law Helen Stone; his siblings, Billie Anne (Don Epperson), Tommy Scott, Glenn (Lorie Scott), Judy Scott and Karen Scott (John Brent Scott); his brother-in-law Wesley Stone (Tammy); his children, Priscillia (Jimmy Abrams), Ricky Jr. (Jennifer Scott), Kandi (David Warren) and Billy Jack (Christine Scott); his grandchildren, DJ, Bailie, Austin, Katelyn, Jordyn, Kordell, Lacey, Braden, Micah, Kagen, Barrett, Eli, Noah, Hatley, Cooper and Harper; his great grandchildren, Milah and Cooper; his close friends, Stella, Honey, Wendy Scott, Presley Sellers and Lexie Alexander; and also Ricky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
