It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Gilliam of Emory, Texas, who passed away on April 17, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, R. V. "Blackie" Davis and Edna Davis; her spouse Willie Winsted Gilliam, Jr.; her son-in-law Danny McClure; and her great grandchild Maddie Yates.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Jack Gilliam (Mary); her children, Gary Gilliam (Nancy), Carol McClure, Pam Yates (Woody) and Keith Gilliam; and her grandchildren, Michelle Clowers, Melissa Blair, Holly McClung, Erin McClure, Amy Campbell, Ashley Yates, Andrew Yates, Heather Copeland, Justin Gilliam and Ryan Gilliam. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren & numerous nieces and nephews.
