He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Foster; his mother Maxine Foster; his children, Gay Hill (Tony), Patricia Patrick (Rodney) and Phillip Smith; his grandchildren, Billy Hill (Brittainy), John Michael Hill (Stormi), Kristin Perales (Ricky), Rilee Smith, Jordan Smith, Evan Patrick and Eric Patrick; his great grandchildren, Dawson Hill, Casten Hill, Scarlett Hill, Eli Hill, Elayna Hill and Liam Perales; his sisters, Rhonda Simmons (Roy) and Susan Foster; his nephew Chad Simmons; and his niece Michelle Combs.
